The General Manager (HR) PEPCO has clarified to IESCO as on dated 17-12-2018 regarding pre-mature increment on time scale up-gradation that "Pre-mature increment is admissible on grant of time scale up-gradation only and no pre-mature increment is admissible in those cases where substantive pay scale has been up-graded (Up-gradation of Post)."
