FESCO Rules for Proficiency Allowance for LDC or Junior Clerk
Any LDC or Junior Cler working udner FESCO can apply for Proficiency Allowance is he is performing his duty on computer in his office. He will apply to Chief Office of FESCO for this allowance and after he has to pass a typing test. He will be required 40WPM typing speed in that test. The Proficiency Allowance is equal to Two (2) increments for one year. After 1 year he has to apply for Proficiency Allowance again.
