FESCO Rules for Time Scale Up-Gradation for BPS-01 to BPS-15

Revised and latest notification regarding FESCO Rules for Time Scale Up-Gradation of posts from BPS-01 to BPS-15 was announced on dated 03/07/2015.
There terms and conditions for time scale upgradation in posts for BPS 01 to BPS 15 are as following.

1. Completion of at least 05 years of satisfactory service after the post is subsetensively up-graded
2. 10 years of service in respective post
3. 30% Quota in sanctioned strength
4. Passing DPE
5. Successfully completion of Promotion Training
6. ACRs for last 05 years
7. No inquiry/Audit Para should be pending
